Why ?
Why are conservatives being punished with McCain?
It is ridiculous to believe John McCain will stick to any
of his campaign promises.
He has said he understands and is willing to listen but he
hasn't in the past - why believe him now?
McCain's "new" strong stance on immigration reform is just one
more shining example of his bag of goods to get handed the nomination.
Again I ask - WHY are we being punished by a fake Republican - that says he can be a conservative ?
Checking his voting record - he has never been a conservative .
John McCain tries to placate people only as long as John McCain gets what he want. He wants to be president and can't get the Democratic nomination......so right now he wants the Republicans to believe he is their only hope.
But I truly believe that he is leading us down a slope that will
end in diaster come November.
Or maybe that has been the plan all along - as he has said he can work with Democrats and Hillary.
So his career is secure but the Republican Party and especially conservatives are getting left behind.
